How do I pay for my order?
When we deliver the items, we require full payment by cheque or cash.
Do I pay a deposit?
Yes.
We require a deposit cheque of £20 when you receive the items.
This will be returned to you when the goods are returned providing
they are undamaged.
Is there a minimum order?
If
delivery or collection is required the minimum order is £10. If
delivery or collection is not required there is no minimum order. Is there a minimum hire period?There is a minimum hire period of 2 days on all items with the exception of Christmas and Easter when it is a week.
How do I know the goods are clean and safe?
All
items are cleaned with antibacterial cleaning agent before and after every hire. They are also checked to ensure
they remain in excellent condition.
What happens if I damage the goods?
If
a product is returned damaged, we will firstly establish the extent of
the damage. Part or all of your deposit charge will then be retained to
a minimum value of two weeks hire. For example, if you hire a pram for
one week, three weeks hire minimum will be charged.
Will I know how to operate everything in my order?
All
orders are delivered with a copy of the manufacturers instructions
included (if applicable). This way, you can be sure you will be able to
operate the goods fully for the extent of your hire period.
Do you provide bedding?
All travel cots come complete with bedding. There is no additional cost for this.
What happens if I wish to hire something longer term?
Just call us and we can provide you with costs for the goods you need.
Will I receive the specific item listed?
As
our stock gets updated newer items than those listed may be provided
and we can confirm this at the time of booking. However if the
manufacturer and/or model is included in the title, you will receive
the specific item listed.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations
made within 24 hours of scheduled collection or delivery will be
charged 50% of the full reservation amount or receive full credit to be
used at a later date. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice are
entitled to a full refund. |
